$20 for $40 at Bar Cara Restaurant. We had a nice dinner over the summer at this restaurant in Bloomfield. It was on NJ Magazines favorite restaurants list. Mid-priced, so $40 will take a good chunk out of a dinner bill. Here's the Star Ledger Review
