Food Bank Donation

As some of you know, I've decided my new mitzvah this winter is to donate $5 worth of food each week to the Red Cross food bank here in Millburn. Its a weekly way to recognize the abundance we have. 

Last week's donation was my biggest so far, thanks to the Can-Can sale at ShopRite.  Six boxes of cereal, 2 boxes of pasta, 6 cans of tomatoes, 2 cans of tuna fish, cake mix and frosting, a bottle of lotion, a bottle of shampoo and a bag of candy! (yes, I know the candy had no nutritional value, but I made 50 cent when I bought it with coupons, which I applied to the shopping order).
